I must start this post out with a disclaimer: I am aware that it is still summer. However, if you were to step into a store right now all the fashion you would see is all fall-wear. That is how it is for each season switch, and that is why I choose to base my season recap posts on months and not actual dates. Therefore, even though the majority of the month is technically still summer, for this fashion blog September = Fall. And now onto the summer outfit recap!
Don't get me wrong though, I refuse to start dressing fall-ish until the weather actually calls for it. Meaning I've still got a couple posts of summer-ish clothing left. So there you have it! I see lots of dresses, skirts, and green grass! Can't wait to see what my brain thinks up for fall outfits!
Anyone attending any Fashion's Night Out events tomorrow??
That yellow dress is so pretty!

I love your summer recap! I know what you mean with Fall being crammed down our throats w/o summer being fully over. Honestly though, I'm quite ready for summer to be over! It's been unseasonably warm at my house and I could really go for some 60 degree weather :) I love your yellow maxi best!

I'm ready for Fall fashions, but Atlanta won't be until at least November - way too hot! Love the yellow maxi dress and red/white striped dress pics in the boat! ;-)
ReplyDeleteAh man, I love summer and the freedom and sunny days, but...well, I think I'm ready to move on to fall and all the layering it involves. Plus, hot drinks, cuddling, feeling cozy...there are some pluses to fall :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, love this recap though, it actually makes me hope these sunny days will last a little longer.

What a fabulous idea! It's hard to pick my favorite outfits, but I think my favs are the 1st set, the 2nd set, and the 5th set...It's difficult to dress for fall here, when it's still quite hot! I'm so excited for the autumn weather to get here though! I love dressing for it- which is why I kind of miss the Midwest! -Jessica
ReplyDeleteI love your summer fashion style! :) I want to try that next summer.
