What you'll need:
- This template (print it out on 8.5 x 11 inch paper)
- Bristol paper, or some other kind of heavy paper
- Cutting board
- Metal cork-back ruler
- Pencil
- X-Acto knife
- Colored tissue paper (not pictured)
- Glue stick (not pictured)
1. Trace the template design onto your bristol paper. I used my storm door as my very own lightbox to make this process easier.
2. Cut out all of the solid lines. Do not cut the dotted lines. Those are where you will fold.
3. Pop your card out! Fold where your dotted lines were.
4. Add some pizazz! Cut out another rectangle from your bristol paper, and glue on a piece of colored tissue paper (or colored construction paper of some sort).
5. Finish it up. Glue your pop-up card to the red tissue paper rectangle to create a backdrop. Decorate and give to someone you <3!
